Submissions Guidelines

Exhibition Proposals

Exhibition proposals are accepted at any time from institutions, independent curators and professional artists. Proposals should consist of

• a brief Artist's statement
• Curriculum Vitae (CVs should include the artist's education and exhibition history)
• images of the work (in slide or jpg format)
• a self-addressed stamped envelope if you would like the materials returned

The programming department meets regularly to review submissions and notification is sent out by mail.

Ontario Arts Council Exhibition Assistance Grant

The Art Gallery of Windsor is a Zone 1 Recommender for Ontario Arts Council Exhibition Assistance. We accept and assess applications on an ongoing basis until funds are expended. We do not accept applications between March and May. Grant decisions are made by the gallery programming committee. See the OAC Exhibition Assistance website for more details.
